1. Sponsor

2. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins on September 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on October 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping system for purposes of determining whether an entry was received during the Giveaway Period.
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry:
Are at least 18 years old; and
Have reached the legal age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, and immediate household members of Sponsor may not participate.
Eligibility is subject to verification by Sponsor before the prize is awarded.
The Giveaway is open without regard to race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, or other protected characteristic.
Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

No purchase or payment is required.
Participants are not required to purchase a vehicle, make a deposit, apply for financing, join WhatsApp, follow a Facebook page, post or leave a Google review, refer another person, or otherwise conduct business with Best Drive Deals to enter or win.

5. Entry limit

Limit one eligible entry per person during the entire Giveaway Period.
Submitting the form multiple times does not create additional chances to win.
If Sponsor identifies multiple submissions that reasonably appear to belong to the same individual, Sponsor may consolidate those submissions and count them as one eligible entry.
Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, materially incomplete, submitted using false identity information, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject an otherwise eligible entry.

6. Marketing communications

Entering the Giveaway does not require a participant to consent to advertising or marketing communications.
Any option to receive future vehicle updates, promotions, emails, telephone calls, text messages, WhatsApp communications, or other marketing from Best Drive Deals must be presented separately from the Giveaway entry.
A participant’s decision not to consent to marketing communications will have no effect whatsoever on eligibility or chances of winning.

7. Prize

One eligible winner will receive one used motor vehicle selected by Sponsor.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize vehicle will not exceed $4,750.00.
The specific year, make, model, trim, color, mileage, features, equipment, and condition of the vehicle will be determined by Sponsor.
Vehicles appearing in flyers, banners, social-media materials, websites, photographs, graphics, videos, or other promotional materials are for promotional and illustrative purposes only and are not a promise or representation that the pictured vehicle will be the actual prize vehicle.
The actual prize vehicle may differ substantially from any vehicle shown in promotional materials.
No cash alternative is guaranteed. Sponsor may substitute another vehicle or prize of equal or greater value when reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

8. Used vehicle condition and acknowledgment

The winner understands and acknowledges that the prize is a pre-owned motor vehicle.
Pre-owned vehicles may have age, mileage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, prior maintenance history, previous repairs, and components that may require maintenance or repair in the future.
Before transfer of the vehicle, Sponsor will provide the winner with material information concerning the prize vehicle that Sponsor knows and is legally required to disclose.
The winner will be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle, review available vehicle information, and ask reasonable questions before accepting final delivery.
Unless Sponsor provides a separate written warranty specifically stating otherwise, Sponsor does not guarantee that a used vehicle will remain free from future mechanical, electrical, transmission, engine, suspension, air-conditioning, electronic, cosmetic, or other problems after delivery.
Nothing in these Official Rules eliminates any legal right or warranty that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Responsibility after delivery

Upon completed transfer and delivery of the prize vehicle, the winner assumes responsibility for the vehicle’s future:
Operation
Maintenance
Repairs
Fluids and lubrication
Tires
Battery
Insurance
Registration
Inspections
Storage
Driving practices
Compliance with applicable traffic and vehicle laws
The winner is responsible for operating and maintaining the vehicle in a reasonable manner and following appropriate maintenance recommendations.
Sponsor is not responsible for damage or mechanical failure occurring after delivery that results from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, insufficient oil or other fluids, overheating, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, continued operation after a warning light or mechanical warning, collision, theft, weather, road hazards, or other events occurring after the vehicle has been transferred to the winner, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
A mechanical problem that develops after delivery does not, by itself, establish that Sponsor misrepresented the vehicle or that the vehicle was defective at the time it was awarded.

10. Good-faith communication regarding vehicle concerns

Best Drive Deals values its reputation and intends to award the prize in good faith.
If the winner experiences a significant concern with the prize vehicle after delivery, Sponsor encourages the winner to contact Best Drive Deals promptly and provide reasonable information regarding the concern so that Sponsor has an opportunity to understand the circumstances and, when appropriate, determine whether any assistance may reasonably be offered.
The winner agrees not to knowingly publish or communicate materially false statements regarding the Giveaway, the prize vehicle, or Sponsor.
Nothing in these Official Rules prohibits or restricts the winner from expressing an honest opinion, providing a truthful review, reporting a legitimate concern, communicating with a government agency, exercising a legal right, or making any statement protected by applicable law.
This section is intended to encourage truthful and good-faith communication and is not intended to prevent honest criticism or reviews.
That last sentence is important. Federal law protects honest consumer reviews, while clearly false or misleading content is treated differently.

11. Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend entirely upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Every eligible person counted in the final drawing will receive an equal opportunity to be randomly selected.
No purchase, payment, customer relationship, social-media activity, review, referral, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, geographic location, or other unrelated factor will increase an entrant’s chance of winning.

12. Random winner selection

On or about October 31, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will use a documented random-selection process designed to provide every eligible entry with an equal opportunity to be selected.
Sponsor may maintain records of the drawing, including the eligible-entry list, date and time of selection, random-selection method, witnesses, video, screen recording, or other documentation.
The person initially selected is considered a potential winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed.

13. Winner notification

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the telephone number and/or email address provided on the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor’s initial notification attempt unless Sponsor grants additional time in writing.
Sponsor may make multiple reasonable attempts to contact the potential winner.
The potential winner may be required to provide reasonable documentation confirming:
Legal name
Identity
Age
State of residence
Eligibility
Mailing address
Driver’s license or other identification, where reasonably necessary
Tax information required by law
Information necessary to complete vehicle ownership and title-transfer documents

14. Failure to claim or verify prize

A potential winner may be disqualified if the person:
Cannot reasonably be contacted;
Does not respond within the required period;
Declines the prize;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Submitted materially false information;
Refuses to provide reasonably required verification or tax documentation; or
Refuses to complete documents reasonably necessary for lawful prize transfer.
If the first potential winner is disqualified or does not accept the prize, Sponsor may conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The same process may continue until an eligible winner accepts the prize, subject to applicable law.

15. Prize delivery

Following completion of winner verification and required documentation, Sponsor will arrange reasonable delivery of the prize vehicle to the verified winner within the continental United States at Sponsor’s expense.
Sponsor will determine the reasonable method of transportation and delivery.
Sponsor expects delivery to occur within approximately 90 days after final winner verification, but the actual delivery date may vary due to transportation availability, title processing, government processing, weather, mechanical inspection, documentation requirements, or other reasonable circumstances.
Sponsor will communicate with the winner regarding expected delivery arrangements.
For winners residing outside the continental United States, including Alaska or Hawaii, Sponsor and the winner will make reasonable arrangements regarding transportation, and additional transportation costs may be the responsibility of the winner unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

16. Title, registration, insurance, and driver requirements

Sponsor will provide documentation reasonably necessary to transfer ownership of the prize vehicle to the verified winner in accordance with applicable law.
The winner is responsible for complying with the vehicle registration, insurance, inspection, driver’s-license, emissions, safety, and other requirements applicable in the winner’s state of residence.
The winner may be required to provide evidence of legally required insurance before taking possession of or operating the vehicle.
Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s inability to register, insure, possess, or legally operate a vehicle because of circumstances personal to the winner.

17. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes arising from acceptance or receipt of the prize, except for taxes Sponsor is legally required to pay.
A vehicle or other non-cash prize generally constitutes taxable income based on its fair market value, and Sponsor may be required to issue tax-reporting documentation and obtain information from the winner for that purpose.

Sponsor may require the verified winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 or other legally required tax documentation before or in connection with prize delivery.
Participants who are not selected as winners will not be asked for tax information merely for entering the Giveaway.

18. Winner acceptance and release

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to sign reasonable documents relating to:
Confirmation of eligibility
Prize acceptance
Vehicle transfer
Tax reporting
Acknowledgment of used-vehicle condition
Liability matters
Publicity authorization, where permitted and separately agreed
Other documents reasonably necessary to lawfully transfer the prize
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by accepting the prize the winner releases Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from claims arising solely from the winner’s possession, operation, misuse, maintenance, or use of the vehicle after lawful delivery and transfer.
This release does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Publicity and winner announcement

Sponsor may publicly announce reasonable information identifying the verified winner, such as:
Winner’s first name and last initial, city and state, and prize won.
Where permitted by law and with any additional consent required by law, Sponsor may request permission to photograph or record the winner during vehicle presentation or delivery and use those photographs or recordings to announce completion of the Giveaway.
Any broader commercial use of the winner’s image, likeness, voice, or testimonial may be subject to a separate authorization where appropriate.
The winner will not be required to provide a positive review or endorsement as a condition of receiving the prize.

20. Entry information and privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway may be used by Sponsor for purposes including:
Administering the Giveaway
Maintaining entry records
Verifying eligibility
Detecting duplicate or fraudulent entries
Contacting potential winners
Delivering the prize
Meeting legal and tax requirements
Responding to regulatory or legal requests
Giveaway information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications are separate from Giveaway administration and are subject to the participant’s separate marketing choices and applicable law

21. Social media and third-party disclaimer

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Best Drive Deals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, Meta, any social-media platform, any automobile manufacturer, any community organization, or any event organizer.
Participants release such unrelated platforms and organizations from responsibility for administering or selecting the winner of this Giveaway.

22. Technical errors

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or not received because of internet interruptions, website problems, network failures, device problems, incorrect contact information entered by the participant, or other technical conditions reasonably beyond Sponsor’s control.
If a technical issue materially affects the integrity or fairness of the Giveaway, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective measures permitted by applicable law.

23. Fraud and misconduct

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate and disqualify an entrant when Sponsor has reasonable evidence that the entrant:
Used false or stolen identity information;
Attempted to obtain multiple entries contrary to these Rules;
Used bots or automated submission methods;
Attempted to interfere with the website or drawing;
Attempted to manipulate the winner-selection process;
Engaged in fraud relating to the Giveaway; or
Materially violated these Official Rules.
Disqualification will be based on legitimate eligibility or integrity concerns and will not be arbitrary.

24. Modification, suspension, or cancellation

Sponsor intends to conduct and complete the Giveaway as described in these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially prevent the Giveaway from being administered fairly or lawfully—including natural disaster, widespread technical failure, fraud, government order, legal requirement, or similar extraordinary circumstances—Sponsor may suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sponsor will not use this section to avoid awarding a prize after a valid winner has been properly determined where applicable law requires the prize to be awarded.

25. No guarantee of other best drive deals services

Participation in the Giveaway does not constitute a vehicle purchase agreement, brokerage agreement, financing agreement, dealership transaction, reservation, deposit, or promise to provide any other vehicle or service.
Participation in the Giveaway does not guarantee approval for financing or availability of any vehicle advertised or requested through any separate Best Drive Deals program.
Any future vehicle purchase, financing, brokerage, or other commercial transaction will be separate from the Giveaway and subject to its own applicable terms, requirements, availability, and laws.

26. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from possession, operation, maintenance, accident, misuse, or mechanical failure of the prize vehicle after lawful transfer to the winner.
Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that applicable law does not permit Sponsor to exclude.

27. Disputes and applicable law

The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating specifically to these Official Rules or administration of the Giveaway will be governed by the laws applicable to Sponsor, without depriving any entrant or winner of mandatory legal protections provided by the law of the entrant’s state of residence.
Before beginning formal litigation, Sponsor and an entrant or winner are encouraged—but not prohibited from declining—to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through direct communication.
Nothing in this section restricts a participant’s right to contact a government agency, regulatory authority, law-enforcement agency, attorney, or court.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.

29. Interpretation of rules

These Official Rules constitute the rules governing the Giveaway.
Sponsor will administer these Rules reasonably, consistently, and in good faith.
No employee, representative, promoter, event worker, salesperson, social-media account, or other person is authorized to modify these Official Rules through an oral statement.

30. Winner information

After the winner has been verified, Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name and last initial, city and state, and prize information on:
