Terms & Consent

The Best Drive Deals VIP Waiting List is designed to help customers tell us what type of vehicle they are looking for so our team can identify and communicate matching vehicle opportunities.
By joining the VIP Waiting List, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

The VIP Waiting List is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are submitting the request for yourself or with authorization from the person whose information is provided.

2. Information you may provide

To help Best Drive Deals understand your vehicle preferences, we may request information including:
First and last name
Telephone number
Email address
City, state, and ZIP code
Preferred vehicle make
Preferred vehicle model
Preferred model year or year range
Preferred mileage range
Vehicle type
Preferred features
Budget
Cash or financing preference
Trade-in interest
Additional vehicle preferences or comments
You are not required to provide information that is not reasonably necessary for us to understand and respond to your vehicle request.

3. Purpose of the VIP Waiting List

The VIP Waiting List allows Best Drive Deals to better understand what vehicles customers are seeking and to provide priority communication regarding potential matching vehicle opportunities.
Our team may use the preferences you submit to identify vehicles that reasonably match your requested make, model, year, mileage, budget, features, or other preferences.
A match does not have to satisfy every preference submitted. We may contact you when we identify a vehicle or opportunity that we believe may reasonably fit what you are looking for.

4. VIP priority access

Members of the VIP Waiting List may receive priority notification regarding matching vehicles, new inventory, upcoming vehicle opportunities, special offers, or other information relevant to their vehicle preferences.
“VIP” or “priority access” means that Best Drive Deals may use the information provided to contact interested customers when relevant opportunities arise.
VIP status does not guarantee a specific position in line, exclusive access, or that a particular vehicle will be reserved for a customer unless separately confirmed in writing.

5. No purchase obligation

Joining the VIP Waiting List is free and does not require you to purchase a vehicle.
Submitting your preferences does not create a purchase agreement or require you to complete any transaction with Best Drive Deals.
You are free to review any vehicle opportunity presented to you and decide whether you wish to proceed.

6. Vehicle preferences and matching

Best Drive Deals will make reasonable efforts to consider the vehicle preferences submitted by VIP Waiting List members.
Vehicle characteristics may include factors such as:
Make and model
Year
Mileage
Condition
Features
Color
Price range
Location
Vehicle history
Cash or financing preference
Because every used vehicle is different, an opportunity presented to you may differ from some of the preferences originally submitted.
You may update your vehicle preferences at any time by contacting Best Drive Deals.

7. Vehicle information

Information about a particular vehicle—including its price, mileage, condition, equipment, title information, history, photographs, location, and other characteristics—will be provided or confirmed separately when applicable.
Information shown through general advertising, promotional materials, social media, or examples is not automatically incorporated into a future vehicle transaction.
The terms applicable to any specific vehicle will be based on the information and documentation associated with that particular vehicle.

8. Pricing

A budget submitted through the VIP Waiting List helps Best Drive Deals identify potentially suitable vehicle opportunities.
Submitting a budget does not establish or guarantee the final price of a vehicle.
Vehicle pricing may depend on factors including the specific vehicle, condition, mileage, market conditions, transportation, applicable taxes, registration charges, governmental fees, optional products or services, and other transaction-specific circumstances.
Any final price and applicable charges will be presented separately before a customer agrees to a transaction.

9. Financing preferences

Customers may indicate whether they prefer to purchase with cash or explore financing options.
Selecting “Finance” on the VIP Waiting List is simply an indication of preference and does not itself constitute a credit application.
Any financing arrangement will be subject to separate terms, disclosures, eligibility requirements, credit review where applicable, lender approval, and other conditions associated with the specific financing option.
Financing terms may vary based on the customer, vehicle, lender, down payment, credit qualifications, and other applicable factors.

10. Communication about your vehicle request

By submitting the VIP Waiting List form, you are requesting that Best Drive Deals contact you regarding your vehicle preferences and potentially matching vehicle opportunities.
Best Drive Deals may contact you using the information you provide, including by:
Telephone
Email
Text message
WhatsApp
Other communication methods you request or use to communicate with us
These communications may include questions about your vehicle preferences, matching opportunities, updates regarding your request, and information reasonably related to helping you locate a vehicle.
You may ask us to stop or change a particular method of communication at any time.

11. Optional promotional communications

Best Drive Deals may separately provide an option for customers to receive broader promotional communications, such as:
New inventory announcements
Special promotions
Vehicle deals
Company news
Community events
Giveaways
Other Best Drive Deals offers
Where separate consent is required, these communications will be subject to that consent.
Consent to broader promotional marketing is not required to join the VIP Waiting List or purchase a vehicle.
If automated marketing calls or texts are used, obtaining appropriate consent is particularly important; FCC rules impose consent requirements for certain telemarketing robocalls and robotexts and recognize consumers’ ability to revoke consent.

12. Email communications

Marketing emails from Best Drive Deals will provide an appropriate method to unsubscribe from future marketing communications.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent Best Drive Deals from sending communications reasonably necessary to respond to an active request or another transaction initiated by you where permitted by law.
Federal CAN-SPAM requirements generally require commercial marketing emails to provide recipients with a way to opt out of future marketing emails.

13. Privacy and use of information

Information submitted through the VIP Waiting List may be used for purposes including:
Responding to your vehicle request
Understanding your vehicle preferences
Identifying potential vehicle matches
Communicating relevant vehicle opportunities
Providing customer service
Maintaining customer and inquiry records
Preventing fraud or misuse
Improving Best Drive Deals services
Meeting legal and business-record requirements
Providing marketing communications where permitted
Best Drive Deals may use trusted service providers to assist with website hosting, communications, customer management, analytics, technology, transportation, financing-related services, or other business operations where appropriate.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Best Drive Deals Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Information accuracy

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate and current contact information and vehicle preferences.
Best Drive Deals is not responsible for an inability to contact a customer when the telephone number, email address, or other information provided is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or no longer active.
If your budget, desired vehicle, telephone number, email address, or other information changes, you may update your request by contacting us.

15. Removing yourself from the VIP Waiting List

You may request removal from the VIP Waiting List at any time.
To request removal or update your communication preferences, contact:

You may also use an unsubscribe or opt-out method included in applicable marketing communications.
Removal from the VIP Waiting List does not affect any separate transaction or communication that you have independently initiated with Best Drive Deals.

16. No guarantee of a particular match

Best Drive Deals will make reasonable efforts to identify opportunities based on the information customers provide.
However, because vehicles, pricing, market conditions, customer preferences, and other circumstances vary, joining the VIP Waiting List does not guarantee:
A particular make or model
A specific vehicle
A particular mileage
A specific color or feature
A particular purchase price
Financing approval
A particular interest rate or payment
A specific delivery date
A specific time within which a match will be identified
Customers always have the opportunity to decide whether a vehicle presented to them is appropriate before proceeding.

17. Separate vehicle transactions

Any purchase, financing arrangement, trade-in, deposit, transportation arrangement, warranty, service agreement, or other vehicle-related transaction will be governed by the documentation and terms applicable to that particular transaction.
The VIP Waiting List Terms govern only participation in the VIP Waiting List.

18. Changes to your request

Customers may change or expand their vehicle preferences at any time.
For example, a customer initially requesting a Toyota Camry may later add a Honda Accord or Hyundai Sonata to the request.
The most recent preferences communicated to Best Drive Deals may be used when identifying potential matches.

19. Changes to the VIP Waiting List

Best Drive Deals may reasonably update, improve, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features of the VIP Waiting List.
Any material changes affecting how personal information is collected or used will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Best Drive Deals is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a customer’s decision not to pursue a vehicle opportunity, the sale or transfer of a vehicle to another customer before an agreement is completed, changes in market pricing, or circumstances reasonably outside Best Drive Deals’ control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

21. Applicable law

The VIP Waiting List and these Terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to waive rights or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
